SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & handling charges are based on the pre-tax merchandise dollar amount of your order after any deductions or promotional discounts.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal up to $49.99 or more will be assessed a $7.00 shipping & handling surcharge and orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more will be given free shipping.

Orders shipping to multiple addresses will be charged per address.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of purchase. Refunds apply to merchandise only. We do not pay for shipping charges back to owlsoapcompany.com. Only unopened, fully wrapped and/or unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be initiated through the contact us page.
